40 years of praxisThe COMPUPLAST s.r.o. company was established in December 1991. Our staff has more than 40 years´ experience in designing dies and lines for extrusion of plastics. In the course of years a great number of extrusion dies has been manufactured, both for common applications and for very special purposes. We use the 3D software Solid Edge ST3 for our design work. For stress and thermal computations and analysis we use the FEMAP software. These supporting aids help us to solve even very difficult problems very quickly and efficiently.
Technological consultancyOur staff has gained a lot of technological experience in this profession over the years. So we are able to give you an advice on solving many problems. We can also recommend you a choice of suitable partners, optimal equipment or arrange a purchase of such equipment, too.
A lot of credit referencesWe deliver about 50-60 tools for extrusion of plastics to our customers year after year. Vast majority of our customers are companies in Czech republic and in Slovak republic, nevertheless there are customers in Austria, Poland, Romania and e.g. in African Ghana, too.
Extrusion tools
Extrusion tools have incorporated exclusively streamlined flow channels and they can also be used for processing of thermally unstable materials.
Extrusion lines
We supply extrusion lines for profiles, pipes and tubes, films and sheets ranging from laboratory equipment dimensions up to the lines of 500-1000 kg/h output.

Compuplast company obtained the agency of Labtech
Engineering for Czech and
Slovak Republic. Labtech is the second largest company in the world manufacturing
laboratory lines and units for plastics extrusion, blow films etc.
Association of companies involved in plastics industry
Since 2009 we have been a member of the Association which associates the most important companies involved in plastics industry not only from Zlín region.
European Regional Development Fund
In 2011 we drawn the grant from the Ministry of industry and trade of Czech republic within an operating program Entrepreneurship and innovation – ICT program in companies – Invitation III. Thanks to the project we have got a top equipment of our design office incl. the newest hardware and 3D construction software Solid Edge ST3 with a central data administration.
Introduction
The COMPUPLAST s.r.o. company has supplied customers in Czech republic and in the Middle Europe with dies, equipment and whole lines for extrusion of plastics since 1990´s. We maximally endeavour to meet demands of our customers.
So as to adapt to the market requirements we have designed our dies and machine equipments in 3D since 2002. Our design work became so more effective and delivery terms became consequently shorter. Our customers can better imagine our design and alternatively change a part of the machine or of the line in its project as such. Besides own products our company supplies customers with machines and equipment for extrusion of plastics from foreign manufacturers, too. They are both top European manufacturers and verified producers from East Asia. Our customers can order and receive a complete, guaranted extrusion line from one general supplier without any worries of import, customs declaration, transport, installation and putting into operation.
About
Quality Certificate
All the machines and equipment which we supply to our customers comply with valid regulations, standards and measures of the Czech republic government. The Certificate of conformity is a part of our project documentation supply either of individual machines or of the complex line. We guarantee in this way not only safety of our equipment but also quality and high standard of our technical design.
